This project is located in Guangdong DECRO Packaging Materials Co., Ltd., Shunde District, Foshan City, with an installed PV capacity of 3349kW, and the PV arrays are installed on the roofs of the concrete plant and color steel tile plant respectively. The average monthly electricity consumption of the plant area where the project is located is about 3 million kWh, so it is urgent to build a PV power plant to save electricity expenses. However, as the company has a large production scale and its production schedule is tight, and the construction of the PV plant cannot cause roof leakage, destroy precision production lines and affect its production. 

Before the PV plant was constructed, the color steel tile roof had been used for more than 10 years, and the color steel tile roof was rusty, so it was necessary to change the roof tile before installing the PV modules. However, the project is in the typhoon-prone season in summer during the tile change period, which would easily cause roof leakage and affect the normal production of the production line! Considering this, CYG ET skillfully put forward the solution of adding tiles to the roof, which could not only renovate the roof of the workshops, but also ensured that the rain would not leak during the installation of new tiles. In addition, this could also ensure the stable installation of PV modules, answer multiple purpose, earn good economic benefits for the park and ensure the normal and safe production in the plant area.
