Case

Hubei Huanggang Municipal Center Parking Lot PV, Storage and Charging Project

State Grid Electric Hubei Huanggang PV, Storage and Charging Project has been built up and put into operation. This demonstration station integrates a number of advanced technologies, such as 70kWp carport photovoltaic power generation, 200kWh large-capacity energy storage and five 120kW dual-gun chargers to establish an intelligent microgrid system. 

The system achieves a basic balance between local energy production and energy consumption load through energy storage and optimal configuration and can flexibly interact with the public power grid according to needs and operate relatively independently, alleviating the impact of charging station power consumption on the power grid. In terms of energy consumption, the energy storage batteries are directly used to charge the car power batteries, improving the energy conversion efficiency. This project has attracted great attention of the people from all walks of life and the media in Hubei province, and is also a comprehensive energy service station with the largest investment, the most advanced technology and the most complete functions in Huanggang, Hubei at present. It has good ecological and economic benefits, and has guiding significance for the construction of subsequent PV, storage and charging projects.
